I had an alternator failure while in town for a doctors appointment. I live 3 hrs away. I was at the shop at 8 am and they had my car fixed by 9:30 am. Their price was $300+ dollars less than competitors. Great service and people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The customer service was amazing. Ms Paula at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. I had just had a terrible experience at another shop and walked in here and was overwhelmed with the complete opposite experience. I was told exactly what was needed and given a todo list in order of importance with pricing to work on. Prices were incredibly fair and no one was trying to add to the services needed to make extra money.

Auto Pro is my shop now! They took great care of me while I was not only dealing with the death of my first vehicle (blown head gasket) and freaking out, but tuned up my replacement as well for a fantastic price. Everything they did and the reasoning was explained, and nothing unnecessary was done. They could have easily made a little more on services I requested but didn’t end up actually needing, but their integrity is impeccable. Highly recommend to anyone who’s tired of shady shops and likes to have all the information they can get.

I work an hour from home, so I panicked a little when my check engine light came on and my engine was shaking and misfiring. I don't know much about cars, and Auto Pro really came to my rescue making me feel confident and comfortable while they diagnosed the issue. Very knowledgeable and communicated everything to me in a way that I could understand what was happening. They were able to fix the problem and get me home the same day. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Very affordable. They saved the day! Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this place strongly enough. These guys know their stuff up and down backwards and forward left and right. I've been coming here for twenty three years and have had nothing but amazing service and results. Mr. Be is a highly trained highly knowledgeable highly skilled certified technician with decades of experience and supervises his highly competent mechanics. They are simply the best of the best. There's not much they cannot do. And you will have your vehicle repaired and serviced in a timely manner. If your vehicle needs attention please give these guys a try. They truly are the best I have ever seen. And very friendly and respectful of their customers. People love them.
